Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are always welcome and handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Booking online lets you reserve a time slot and get priority service.

Do you offer mail-in repairs?
Yes. You can ship your device to us and we will repair and return it, typically on the same day we receive it. A prepaid shipping label is provided.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes, all our repairs come with a warranty. If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, we will fix it at no additional cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, and CashApp. Payment is collected after the repair is completed.
